Job Summary
Engage Members during account transactions and educate/adise on Credit Union products and services to meet Members' financial needs. Perform member account maintenance, conduct outbound outreach to build relationships, promote products/services, and assist with deposits and transactions. Participate in ongoing learning and development through the Centra certification path. Strong communication skills, problem-solving for financial goals, and the potential for bilingual interpretation (Spanish/English) are valuable. This role is based at the Zionsville, IN branch with opportunities for career progression within Centra Credit Union.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-3 years of similar or related experience
