Job Summary
Assess member needs through meaningful conversations to recommend tailored product solutions and achieve individual and team sales goals. Process a wide variety of member transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and wire transfers while managing safe deposit box rentals and providing notary public services. Assist members with consumer loan applications and funding, address member concerns to ensure satisfaction, and maintain ongoing communication to position WECU as their first choice for financial products. Manage attendance and schedule availability to support branch appointments and walk-ins.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Minimum 1 year experience as a WECU Service Consultant or related experience in a similar role at a financial institution or 3 years customer facing sales experience
- Possess and/or obtain a Notary Public License
Desired Qualifications
- Relevant training and/or lending experience in a credit union, bank, or other financial institution
- Bi-lingual Spanish
