Execute banking transactions and respond to customer inquiries to ensure high levels of satisfaction and service quality. Identify new sales leads and relationship development opportunities with cross sell, upsell and retention to improve market share. Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to ensure risk mitigation and operational integrity. Identify and resolve customer issues or escalate to relevant teams to ensure timely and effective solutions. Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on customer interactions and transactions to support performance tracking. The ideal candidate should have 3+ years in banking or customer service and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field, with strong MS Office skills and excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
