Job Summary
Role focuses on acquiring and managing relationships with Small and Medium Business clients through a proactive, consultative approach in line with NBC policies. Responsibilities include maximizing client profitability, delivering holistic financial solutions across assets and liabilities, maintaining regular client contact to ensure satisfaction, and proactive portfolio monitoring. Key activities encompass building a robust pipeline, maintaining CRM records for top borrowing and non-borrowing clients, managing client experience and service quality, ensuring KYC/AML compliance and up-to-date documentation, driving credit review processes, and collaborating with product specialists and other bank departments. Requires strong sales capabilities, risk awareness, and professional communication, with the ability to develop and implement sales plans and maintain strong integrity and service delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree or Advanced Diploma – Business/Accounting
- 3 years banking experience
- Strong financial and business skills
- PC skills and Microsoft Office
- Clear understanding of credit process and procedures
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Team-oriented and customer-focused
