Job Summary
Gold Loan Relationship Manager responsible for meeting monthly branch gold loan targets, generating gold loan leads, ensuring smooth processing and 100% compliance at the branch; maintain strong relationships at branch level with BM/BOM/RM/RO and service staff; stay market- and competition-savvy; maintain gold loan registers; identify assayers for the branch and maintain 3 assayers per branch; ensure proper documentation and First Pass Authorization; strive for zero NPAs and adhere to TAT; coordinate closure documents to CPC Chennai within HO-specified period; ensure timely renewal of weighing machine balance and assayer agreements.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation is must
- Good communication skills
- Should have good convincing skills
- Bachelor's degree
