Job Summary
Relationship Officer for Loan Against Property (LAP) in Vijayawada responsible for proactively acquiring LAP clients, managing and nurturing relationships, conducting financial analysis and credit assessment, presenting loan proposals, coordinating LAP processing, and achieving LAP sales targets. Must understand LAP products, stay informed on market trends, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver excellent customer service through Telugu and English communication; requires strong negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship-management skills with 2+ years of relevant sales/relationship experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
