Job Summary
Relationship Officer for LAP in Siddipet: responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of Loan Against Property clients in the Siddipet region, identifying and acquiring LAP clients via market visits, lead generation, and networking; building and maintaining relationships for repeat business and referrals; conducting credit appraisals and financial analysis to assess eligibility and risk; presenting and explaining LAP products, negotiating loan terms, and ensuring accurate documentation; processing loan applications, monitoring portfolio performance, identifying risks, and achieving sales targets to contribute to business growth; staying updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and providing excellent customer service.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in sales or relationship management, preferably in banking or financial services with a focus on LAP
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships
- Strong understanding of financial products, particularly Loan Against Property
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze financial data and assess creditworthiness
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
- Proficiency in local languages (Telugu and English) is essential
- Familiarity with the Siddipet market and customer base is highly desirable
