Job Summary
Field Sales Executive / Relationship Manager to drive merchant engagement, business growth, and transaction volume across an assigned territory. Responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of retail merchants, enabling product adoption, and maximizing transaction volumes. Must build trust-based relationships, communicate effectively, and leverage digital solutions to improve merchant operations and customer experience. Requires 3–4 years of proven field sales experience in B2B, strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, and a graduate degree (MBA preferred). Travel extensively within the territory to meet targets and develop market presence.
