Job Summary
Relationship Manager role responsible for leading a team of executives to achieve business targets (volume, cross-sell, insurance), developing and deepening relationships with channels (Kotak Branches, DSA, Builder), and ensuring customer satisfaction as measured by NPS. Responsibilities include driving team and location productivity, achieving sales targets, cross-selling CASA and TPP, coordinating with Credit/Operations/Legal/Technical to drive outcomes, and administering compliance with business practices. Preferred qualification includes a Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of experience and strong interpersonal/influencing skills; knowledge of secured banking products is a plus.
