Job Summary
Relationship Manager responsible for handling and developing channel partnerships (Kotak Branches, DSA, Builder), achieving team sales targets, managing cross-sell of CASA and TPP, ensuring customer satisfaction (NPS), and coordinating with Credit/Operations/Legal/Technical teams to drive business outcomes. Requires 3-5 years of experience, strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, and influencing abilities to work with internal and external channel partners; knowledge of secured banking products is preferred.
