Job Summary
Lead a team of executives to achieve business targets for Vishwas HL and LAP banking products. Drive cross-sell of CASA and TPP, manage channels (Kotak Branches, DSA, Builder), and ensure customer satisfaction with NPS metrics. Responsible for achieving team targets and sales volume, maintaining productive relationships with Credit, Operations, Legal, and Technical teams to drive business outcomes. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with ability to influence internal and external channel partners. 2-5 years of experience expected; preferred knowledge of secured banking products. Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred. Role is full-time with senior-level responsibilities.
