Job Summary
Drive quality business in the MSME segment by targeting Agri-related industries, food processing units, and manufacturing sectors through strong networking, negotiation, and follow-up. Conduct balance sheet analysis and property/legal assessments for mortgage lending to ensure consistent business sourcing and customer satisfaction. Perform 80% field work and 20% office duties while maintaining excellent communication in English, Hindi, and local languages. This role supports the Marketing Branches Operations team, focusing on working capital finance and retail tractor loans.
