The Relationship Manager – TFE is responsible for driving business in the MSME segment with a focus on Agri-related industries, food processing units, and manufacturing sectors. The ideal candidate will showcase skills in networking, negotiation, and follow-up to ensure consistent business sourcing. Proficiency in English, Hindi, and the local language is essential, along with a strong understanding of working capital finance, balance sheet analysis, and mortgage lending. This is a field-intensive role requiring self-motivation and teamwork.
