Relationship Manager - The Park at Surprise

Relationship Manager at The Park at Surprise leads community relationship-building with civic leaders, referral partners, healthcare and senior living providers; drives marketing and sales activities, manages move-in logistics, and maintains ongoing engagement with families and professionals. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining contact with influencers, coordinating events and educational presentations, following up on healthcare referral leads, collaborating with campus sales teams, and providing support during move-ins and physician/ER visits. Requires strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with a focus on timely follow-up, relationship development, and community outreach. This is a 100% on-site role in Surprise, AZ, with travel as needed to events, clinics, hospitals, and prospective residents’ dwellings.
