Job Summary
Relationship Manager at Texas First Bank (Southeast Texas) is responsible for developing and managing commercial banking relationships in accordance with the Bank's lending policies, driving profitability through new business development, maintaining client relationships and loan arrangements, and representing the Bank in community activities. The role requires knowledge of accounting and financial principles, marketing and sales principles, credit analysis, and strong communication and presentation skills to sell credit and non-credit products, including real estate and treasury management services.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in business, finance, related field, or relevant job experience.
- 3-5 years Commercial and/or Real Estate lending experience required.
- Formal credit training a plus.
- Proven sales track record.
- Strong written, verbal, presentation and computer proficiency skills.
- Strong marketing, analytical and overall communication skills.
