Job Summary
Relationship Manager to develop and manage commercial banking relationships, selling the Bank's credit and non-credit products (including real estate and treasury management) while upholding lending policies. Requires a bachelors degree, 3-5 years of commercial/real estate lending experience, formal credit training, and a proven sales track record. Strong communication, marketing, analytical, and presentation skills are essential; the role involves cultivating new business, maintaining existing relationships, and representing the Bank in community activities to grow revenue.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelors degree in business, finance, related field, or relevant job experience
- 3-5 years Commercial and/or Real Estate lending experience
- Formal credit training
- Proven sales track record
- Strong written, verbal, presentation and computer proficiency skills
- Strong marketing, analytical and overall communication skills
