Job Summary

Lead the Regional Relationship Management Team to drive customer retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth for a portfolio of strategic accounts in the cards/payments ecosystem. Operate as a player-coach, balancing direct client ownership with coaching and developing the RM team, ensuring consistent account planning, escalation handling, and disciplined execution. Own strategic engagement with portfolio accounts, identify growth opportunities, coordinate cross-functional efforts with onboarding, sales, and operations, and maintain strong client relationships while delivering exceptional customer outcomes. Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills are required to guide senior client conversations, drive upsell opportunities, and maintain regional performance and operational discipline. The role includes travel (~15-20%) across the region. Qualifications include 10+ years in sales/relationship management in payments, proven leadership of high-risk clients, and a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of experience in sales or relationship management within the cards and payments industry
  • proven track record of team leadership and managing high-risk clients
  • expertise in dispute and fraud management
  • ability to drive upsell and revenue growth within a portfolio
  • experience with Tier 1 clients and global payments solutions
