Relationship Manager

The Relationship Manager is responsible for coordinating with sales, legal, finance, and project management teams to ensure seamless customer experience and documentation. Key responsibilities include managing customer queries, ensuring timely responses and accurate documentation, engaging with customers to understand and minimize cancellations, driving additional sales from existing customers, and implementing customer delight initiatives. The role also involves providing feedback to management based on customer needs and MIS data while ensuring compliance with Customer Care processes and statutory guidelines.
