Job Summary
Onboard new clients and grow their accounts using a value-based relationship approach. Meet and exceed personal and team KPI targets while activating, retaining, and expanding the customer portfolio through personalized voice and social media support. Research prospects, prepare sales activities, and translate complex financial data into understandable investment advice. Listen to customers, resolve issues with relevant departments, and provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management. Continuously improve knowledge of financial markets and global economic indicators affecting forex trading. Maintain compliance with security requirements and display behaviors aligned with core values.
