Relationship Manager Software Sales

Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities while building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships. Act as a point of contact between clients and internal teams, understanding client needs to offer tailored product or service solutions. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations, meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, and regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues. Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions. Requires proven experience as a Relationship Manager or in a similar customer-facing role, strong communication skills, and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
