Job Summary
Relationship Manager, Small Business at Fin focuses on growing and retaining existing small-business revenue. You will build relationships with Fin’s small business customers, understand their pains, and provide solutions based on our platform to drive revenue growth. You’ll develop strategic territory plans targeting upsell, cross-sell, and expansion to new business units, forecast and manage the sales pipeline, and collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to feed product innovation and improve customer outcomes. You’ll track key growth and usage metrics, engage in team development and mentoring, and contribute to a fast-moving, growth-oriented culture in a hybrid Sydney-based office.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years managing a large book of business; 150 accounts (retention, renewals, & account growth)
- 1+ years selling SaaS products
- Experience managing procurement processes
- Strong sales instincts and track record hitting and exceeding quota
- Exceptional written and verbal communicator
- Comfortable and energized operating and problem-solving in a fast-moving organization
- Exhibits a growth mindset, intellectual curiosity, and ambition
- Ability to build and maintain deep client relationships across levels in complex organizations
- Demonstrable history of leadership, with both immediate and cross-functional teammates
