Job Summary
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients while acting as the main point of contact for queries, requests, and issue resolution. Work closely with internal sales, operations, and support teams to deliver seamless service, achieve set targets for client retention and revenue generation, and drive business growth through upselling and cross-selling. Maintain accurate records of all client communications and transactions within CRM systems. Graduates with 1-2 years of experience in relationship management, loan sales, or medical representation are eligible. This role offers a travel allowance, PF, and ESIC benefits.
