Job Summary
Identify and onboard new Business Banking clients through digital outreach, referrals, and partnerships. Manage a portfolio of SME clients, conducting regular reviews to understand needs and offer appropriate financial solutions while ensuring compliance with regulatory policies. Promote the bank's suite of Business Banking products and utilize CRM platforms to monitor client activity and engagement. Prepare regular reports on portfolio performance, client feedback, and market trends. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field

- Familiarity with digital banking platforms and fintech solutions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
