Job Summary
Onboard new clients and grow existing accounts using a value-based relationship approach. Meet and exceed personal and team KPI targets while activating, retaining, and expanding your customer portfolio through personalized voice and social media support. Research prospects to determine potential, prepare sales activities with available tools and insights, and listen to customers to offer tailored solutions. Cooperate with relevant departments to resolve issues, provide feedback on needs and frustrations, and continuously improve knowledge of financial markets and the company's offering. Update daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management as required. Maintain compliance with security requirements and stay abreast of global economic indicators affecting forex markets. Translate complex financial data into understandable investment advice for active clients.

- Native Russian speaker
- Fluent in English

- Understanding of currency pairs
