Job Summary
Relationship Manager for retail sales focusing on home loans and LAP. Responsible for aggressively driving sales targets, expanding the customer base through cross-selling, and maintaining strong client relationships. Develop and sustain builder/channel relationships to penetrate new markets, maximize APFs, and ensure repeat business or referrals. Coordinate with internal Operations and Credit teams to move files from login to disbursement, supervise a team of relationship managers, and align ground lead generation activities with sales goals. Stay informed about market trends and regulatory requirements (NHB) to shape sales and marketing strategies and ensure compliance. Strong emphasis on collaboration with DSAs, connectors, and builders to optimize sales performance and profitability across the area.
