Drive sales numbers and achieve business targets for home loans through cross-selling and client relationship enhancement. Retain and expand the customer base for home loan and LAP channels while maximizing sales via a network of DSAs and builder relationships. Manage files from login to disbursement by liaising with Operations and Credit, and identify new builder/channel relationships to penetrate new markets. Optimize team productivity by supervising relationship managers on ground lead generation and implementing growth agendas through training and deployment. Keep abreast of market trends and competitor intelligence to develop effective strategies and provide feedback to the central product team. Ensure compliance with all Audit and NHB regulations.
