Retain and expand the customer base for home loans and LAP channels to secure repeat business and referrals. Lead and supervise the relationship manager team, aligning on ground lead generation activities and implementing growth strategies through training and motivation. Ensure file processing from login to disbursement by liaising with Operations and Credit, while maintaining compliance with Audit and NHB regulations. Optimize team productivity to meet area profitability targets and provide market feedback to the central product team.
