Job Summary
Drive sales targets for home loans and LAP through direct channels and DSA, while expanding the client base and referrals. Manage relationships with clients, builders, connectors, and DSAs to maximize APF penetration and cross-sell opportunities. Lead and supervise a team of relationship managers to achieve territory targets, coordinate on lead generation, and ensure end-to-end processing from login through disbursement with Operations and Credit. Stay informed on market trends and NHB/compliance requirements to refine sales strategies and protect processes.
