Job Summary
Originate, structure, and distribute Key's products and services to public sector clients and prospects while establishing a trusted advisor role. Identify cross-sell opportunities by partnering with specialists in Government Finance, Syndications, and Debt Capital Markets. Maintain credit quality of the portfolio by identifying problem credits and collaborating with Banking Portfolio Management to improve the bank's position. Work with junior team members to provide technical and developmental support. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of public sector experience and a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting. Base salary ranges from $96,000 to $181,000 annually with eligibility for incentive compensation.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years experience, with proven client relationship/sales abilities in the public sector
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar business discipline
- Possess broad product knowledge and specific technical expertise
- Exceptional at developing and maintaining important client relationships and generating revenues from these relationships
- Possess superior client relationship management, marketing presentation, and sales skills in addition to extensive knowledge of products and markets
