Relationship Manager, Private Risk - Insurance Advisory Solutions

Job Summary
Serve as the primary relationship owner for HNW and UHNW clients, delivering proactive, white-glove service across phone, email, and in-person touchpoints. Conduct annual interactive client reviews presenting renewal proposals and surface coverage recommendations, risk alerts, and market changes before clients ask. Review client exposures, underwriting memos, and inspection reports to identify gaps in personal lines insurance, advising on complex risks including fine art, watercraft, and aircraft. Act as a market placement specialist remarketing existing programs and cultivating relationships with carriers like PURE, Chubb, and AIG to advocate for favorable outcomes. Maintain accuracy in all policy activity documentation within agency management systems while adhering to compliance workflows.
Required Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license in the state(s) where business is conducted, or the ability to obtain all required licenses within 90 days of hire
- Minimum 3 years of experience in personal lines insurance

Desired Qualifications
