Relationship Manager-PRIME VISHWAAS-Sales

Manage Auto loans through dealers, direct sales agents, and teams while empaneling new dealers, DSAs, and DSTs in the market. Account for sales performance and productivity by recruiting, training, and motivating the channel sales team to achieve targets. Conduct training on product, policy, and market changes; manage promotional activities with channels; and track quality sourcing for a healthy portfolio. Interact with the credit team to secure business approvals and monitor competitor strategies. Maintain deep knowledge of all bank products to resolve customer queries and develop new relationships to increase revenue.
