Job Summary
Manage auto loan sales through car dealers, DSAs and DSTs; empanelment of new car dealers; accountable for sales performance and productivity of the channel; conduct training for all channels and team on product, policy and market changes; manage business promotional activities with channels; track channels and team for quality sourcing and healthy portfolio; interact with credit team and obtain business approvals; monitor competitor products, policy and market strategy; recruit, train and motivate channel sales team to achieve sales targets; guide channel sales team and introduce clients; maintain knowledge on all bank products and series and assist to resolve customer queries; develop new relationships with customers to increase revenue and accounts.
