Job Summary
Relationship Manager for Premier Banking responsible for planning and executing sales strategies, client engagement, wealth advisory services, and portfolio reviews to grow Assets Under Management. Collaborates with branch/region teams on sales activities and campaigns, identifies cross-selling and up-selling opportunities, maintains ongoing customer engagement, and ensures compliance with policies and ethics. Requires CFP with licenses and at least 2 years of sales experience in wealth management or banca products. Based in Selangor, Malaysia.
Required Qualifications
- Degree holder
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP) with valid FIMM, PCE, CEILI, and IPPC licenses
- Minimum of 2 years’ sales experience, preferably in wealth management and banca products within financial institutions
- Pleasant personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Possess all relevant licenses required for the portfolio
- Strong sales and results-oriented mindset
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills
