Relationship Manager (Port Farmer)

Relationship Manager in Business Banking responsible for strengthening existing client relationships, driving service improvements, and focusing on business retention. Develops strategy, processes, and delivery measurement for service across functional areas delivering to clients. Works within Corporate & Commercial Banking to provide banking loan products and auxiliary products (e.g., letters of credit) to institutions ranging from small to mid-sized businesses, encompassing major market middle market corporate banking, business banking, and corporate and transaction banking. This role emphasizes relationship management, client service excellence, and coordination across teams to ensure comprehensive financial solutions for clients.
