Relationship Manager, Personal Banking - Port Harcourt

Job Summary
Drive business growth by cross-selling banking products, acquiring new customers, and managing existing relationships through daily engagement for deposit mobilization. Lead team performance by overseeing account officers and DSAs while booking quality loans, deploying POS terminals, and ensuring proper onboarding including funding accounts and mobile app linkage. Prepare weekly and monthly performance review documents to track revenue, risk assets, and deposit targets. As a Port Harcourt resident with 4-5 years in personal banking, you will deliver excellent customer service and achieve set mobilization goals within our Retail Banking team.
Required Qualifications
- Candidate should be a resident of Port-Harcourt
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience in personal banking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- In-depth knowledge of banking products and services
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Confidence and proficiency in personal banking operations
- Proven track record of successful client relationship management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
