Job Summary
Relationship Manager for JPMorgan Merchant Services overseeing a Middle Market portfolio; partner with the firm-wide bank coverage team and JPMorgan Payments Treasury Services to maintain senior client relationships, drive profitability through re-contracting and incremental business, execute cross-sell strategies, deliver quarterly business reviews with financial/market analysis, and represent the client relationship externally at industry events. Requires 8+ years in a strategic relationship management or business development role, strong C-suite engagement, cross-functional collaboration, and travel ~25%; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with MBA preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in strategic relationship management or related business development roles
- Experience growing relationships with Fortune 500 caliber clients
- Comfort working with C-suite stakeholders
- Experience collaborating across multi-faceted financial institutions or similar institutions
- Demonstrated ability to work across cultures with internal teams and external clients
- Exceptional relationship management, presentation, and communication skills
- Travel required - 25%
