Job Summary
The Relationship Manager will foster Fidelity’s client relationships at the branch level, keeping Financial Consultants organized and focused on client needs. You will deepen engagement by identifying opportunities to add value, manage targeted appointments, and deliver personalized financial planning in a high-compliance environment. The role supports training and onboarding with in-branch, regional, national, and virtual programs, and benefits from Fidelity’s tuition-reimbursement offering to pursue CFP or related credentials. You will interact with high net worth clients, advocate for their interests, and collaborate with the broader Relationship Manager team to sustain long-term client relationships and effective contact strategies.
Required Qualifications
- FINRA Series 7 & 66 licensed OR ability to acquire Series 66 upon hire
- 1-3 years in financial services with emphasis in providing an excellent customer experience
- Degree and/or other professional certifications are helpful; CFP or degree encouraged for advancement (tuition reimbursement program available)
- Strong social skills and ability to deliver highly personalized service to high-net-worth clients
- Ability to facilitate setting targeted appointments and deepen client relationships
- Compliance awareness and ability to navigate regulatory requirements
- Polished communication style; coachable, collaborative, and curious
