Job Summary
Relationship Manager responsible for deepening Fidelity’s client relationships with high net worth clients through targeted appointment setting, personalized financial planning, and proactive account stewardship. You will support Financial Consultants, keep client needs at the forefront, and help identify opportunities to add value to the book of business. Required to have or obtain FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses, with 1-3 years in financial services and a strong emphasis on delivering exceptional client experiences. The role emphasizes compliance, market knowledge, professional communication, and collaboration within a branch team to drive client engagement and long-term relationship growth. Training and tuition reimbursement are available to help you pursue CFP or related credentials. You will operate in a base salary framework with potential bonuses and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses or ability to acquire Series 66 upon hire
- 1-3 years in financial services with emphasis on customer experience
- planning experience and knowledge of financial markets and products
- ability to deliver highly personalized service to high net worth clientele
- strong communication and relationship-building skills
