Relationship Manager for Mid Corporate / Corporate sales in Pune responsible for client acquisition, building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients and channel partners, understanding clients' financial goals, identifying new business opportunities, cross-selling financial products, and achieving portfolio growth. Responsibilities include deal structuring, preparing and presenting proposals, offering credit solutions (working capital facilities, overdrafts, term loans, etc.), assessing creditworthiness and risk, and ensuring strict compliance with audit, regulatory, and company policies. Focus on growing Net Interest Income (NII) and fee income through financial analysis of statements, credit reports, and market trends.
