Relationship Manager - Manufacturing, Technology and Financial Services (Remote)

Relationship Manager handles expanding and maintaining business relationships within a designated account portfolio for Experian Employer Services, driving client retention, renewals, and satisfaction. Responsibilities include researching and understanding client needs, serving as liaison between client and internal teams, developing strategic account plans, leading quarterly business reviews, educating clients on new/existing projects/products, collaborating with Customer Success on data quality and opportunities, generating client advocacy, gathering usage data to demonstrate impact, and creating referrals for the Client Development Executive. The role reports to the Sr. Director of Relationship Management and requires at least a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 3+ years of complex relationship-management experience, with travel as needed. The position supports a flexible, remote/hybrid/in-office work environment.
