Job Summary
Manage key account relationships across multiple industries and channels for cross-border merchants, ensuring merchant satisfaction and driving the best possible experience. Build and sustain relationships with key stakeholders across multiple continents and time zones while serving as the primary point of contact for problem resolution and client retention. Collaborate with the global Nuvei team to support complex payment infrastructure needs. Fluent in Mandarin and English with at least three to five years of experience managing enterprise-level clients. Requires knowledge of payments and acquiring, willingness to travel approximately 5%, and ability to work across different time zones.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3-5 years of experience managing enterprise-level clients in a fast-paced & dynamic environment
- Knowledge of payments and acquiring
- You're a high-energy, dynamic, hands-on self-starter with a proven commercial edge and entrepreneurial drive
- You enjoy working in uncertain situations, and you can deal with ambiguity
- You're an excellent communicator who can build relations at all levels
- You are a very detailed person
- You can work seamlessly with a global, multicultural team
- You are well organized with good time management skills
- You have strong aptitude to analyze and solve problems
- Willingness to work across different time zones
- Fluent in Mandarin and proficient in English
- Travel required (~5%)
