Job Summary
Relationship Manager focused on deepening client relationships within Fidelity’s high-net-worth clientele by delivering personalized financial planning and proactive service. Core responsibilities include facilitating targeted appointments, nurturing a book of business, coordinating with Financial Consultants, and identifying opportunities to add value for clients. The role requires professional communication, client-centric thinking, and the ability to navigate compliance-driven environments, with training available in-branch, regionally, nationally, and virtually. Certifications: Series 7 and (or) Series 66 with eligibility; role notes that Fidelity will not provide immigration sponsorship. Compensation includes base salary with potential bonuses and extensive benefits including tuition reimbursement and education assistance.
Required Qualifications
- FINRA Series 7 licensed or ability to acquire Series 66 upon hire
- FINRA Series 66 or ability to acquire upon hire
- 1-3 years in financial services with emphasis on customer experience
- Planning experience and knowledge of financial markets and products
- strong communication and client-service skills
- ability to operate in a deadline-driven, compliant environment
- tuition reimbursement program as a potential path to CFP or degree (not required)
