Job Summary
Relationship Manager for Grover Gaming/Light & Wonder territory in Northern Indiana. Act as primary contact for charity gaming partners, drive client satisfaction and retention, maintain in-depth product knowledge, resolve issues across departments, and provide training and support to partners. Responsibilities include regular onsite visits, proactive relationship management, identifying opportunities to maximize partner revenue and player engagement, and covering flexible hours including some nights and weekends to support partner events. Requires 3+ years in account management or client-focused roles, strong interpersonal and communication skills, travel within the designated territory, and a customer-centric, problem-solving mindset.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in account management, customer success, or relationship-focused roles (gaming or technology industry a plus)
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Adaptability and flexibility to meet the demands of a dynamic industry
- Willingness to travel regionally and work outside standard business hours when needed
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
