Job Summary
Relationship Manager for LAP (Loan Against Property) sales across cross-channel and open market channels. Responsible for managing sales of LAP to retail customers including housing/secured loans, builder relations, primary market projects, and cross-selling insurance, CASA, and credit cards. Lead and train Direct Sales Team and DSAs; liaison with Credit, Legal, Technical, RCU & Operations; ensure end-to-end processing and deliver high service standards to achieve NPS goals. Requires experience in secured loan sales and a graduate/MBA background.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate / MBA
- Minimum 2 years work experience in Home Loan /Mortgage Sales with DMA/DST/Bank Branches
- Customer relationship management skills
- Sales and service orientation
