Job Summary
Relationship Manager for Loan Against Property (LAP) sales across cross-channel and open market, responsible for managing and growing LAP revenue through cross-channel distribution, expanding branches, and leading the Direct Sales Team. Focus on meeting HNI clients and explaining LAP/secured loan products, fostering builder relations and tie-ups for primary markets, handling project approvals with builders, and driving end-to-end processing and superior customer service to improve NPS. Includes cross-selling insurance, CASA, and credit cards, plus training and development of the DST team and DSAs, while liaising with Credit, Legal, Technical, RCU & Operations to ensure smooth processing and status updates.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate / MBA
- Minimum 2 years work experience in Home Loan /Mortgage Sales with DMA/DST/Bank Branches
- Customer relationship management skills
- Sales and service orientation
