Job Summary
Relationship Manager for Loan Against Property (LAP) sales across cross-channel and open market. Responsible for acquiring LAP customers, managing cross-channel/direct sales teams and DSAs, expanding branch presence, and driving growth through new branches. Focus on marketing and encashing catchment areas, meeting HNI clients with LAP/HF/Working capital products, building builder relations and tie-ups for primary markets, securing project approvals with builders, and generating additional revenue via cross-selling insurance, CASA, and credit cards. Will liaise with internal teams (Credit, Legal, Technical, RCU, Operations) for end-to-end processing, and ensure top-class service to improve NPS. Requires experience in SECURED LOAN SALES and a Bachelor’s degree.

- Experience in SECURED LOAN SALES is Must
- Relationship Manager role experience
- Ability to manage cross-channel and open market sales
- LAP product knowledge (Loan Against Property)
- Builder relations and builder tie-ups
- End-to-end processing of loan cases
- Strong customer service and NPS focus
- Cross-selling of Insurance, CASA, Credit Cards
