Job Summary
Relationship Manager (Jacksonville Market) delivers concierge-level service and personalized financial solutions to members and businesses within VyStar’s Signature Banking Program. Responsible for managing a portfolio of priority members, cross-selling across deposits, lending, and investment products, and collaborating with internal specialists to provide holistic financial wellness conversations. Maintains and analyzes member profiles, drives revenue growth toward portfolio targets, and ensures compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures. The role emphasizes consultative relationship-building, deep knowledge of VyStar products, and partnership across branches and lines of business to deliver ongoing value to members and promote retention. Requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to manage multiple relationships, and the capacity to travel as needed. The position supports conducting regular relationship reviews, leveraging CRM for documentation, and contributing to member acquisition through networking and community involvement.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- NMLS required or ability to obtain within twelve months of start date
- Notary required or ability to obtain within twelve months of start date
- Active securities licenses (Finra Series 6 or 7 and 65/66) preferred or ability to obtain within twelve months of start date
- Active 4-40 Customer Representative License preferred or ability to obtain within twelve months of start date
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in banking, wealth management, or financial services
