Job Summary
As a Relationship Manager II, you will be responsible for managing the overall quality and longevity of commercial customer relationships with the bank. This role involves reaching and maintaining target portfolio sizes, communicating effectively with prospects and colleagues, and monitoring loan portfolios for repayment ability. You will advise and train associate relationship managers to enhance customer service. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of lending experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft applications.
