Job Summary
Relationship Manager II responsible for servicing the Franklin County market, soliciting new business, maintaining client relationships, cross-selling bank products (loans, deposits, cash management), and guiding loan origination through underwriting and approvals. Responsibilities include managing a loan portfolio (often $40M+), conducting loan interviews, analyzing credit and financial information, staying informed on SBA/PPP/BOB/USDA programs, and supporting growth through referrals and community networking. Requires knowledge of bank products and lending policies, strong sales and communication skills, and the ability to meet annual growth and risk targets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
- Minimum of five (5) years' experience in related lending positions
- Specialized business lending education and training
- Valid driver's license
