Job Summary
Relationship Manager I - Business Banking based in the Chicago market. Manages a book of business to grow sales, revenue and market share by delivering cash flow solutions to businesses with annual sales from $2 million to $10 million. Responsible for originating, negotiating and documenting credit and non-credit products, managing risk, expanding the client portfolio, and developing a broad network of internal and external relationships to bring the full range of PNC products to clients. Requires university degree and 3+ years of experience; role focuses on customer-focused relationship management, financial analysis, credit risk assessment, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance client engagement and loyalty.
Required Qualifications
- University/college degree
- 3+ years of relevant/direct industry experience
- Knowledge of credit fundamentals and internal credit policies
- Ability to acquire and expand client relationships and generate revenue
